Description of Middle Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine:
DBZS-3 Middle Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine has a reasonable design in structure and with low noise. It completes knurling of the cup bottom and curling of the cup with two procedures, which helps to reduce the running travel of the machine. As a result, the machine will run faster and perform steadier. The required form is 200g to 400g, both one-side PE paper and two-side PE paper.

1) Sealing with hot wind improves the adhering effect and reduces the possibility of water leak.
2) Each cup is sure to be transferred into the mould by 90° revolving, reducing the rate of wasting.
3) Accurate transfer of the bottom into the paper cup, reducing wasting in it.
4) Evenly revolving of the bottom prevents any rubbing to the printing on the paper cup.
5) Automatically unloading of the paper cups when it comes to 50.
